Experience & Passion
Dr. Sophia Grandstaff began her journey into the robust field of chiropractic by experiencing it first-hand as a patient. She spent most of her childhood and young adult life playing every sport under the sun and we all know too well that led to a significant amount of repetitive-stress injuries along the way. Dr. Sophia began chiropractic care while she was in high school which not only improved her mechanics and performance in the sports she played, but inspired her to pursue a deeper knowledge on the function, adaptability and healing processes of the human body.
As the daughter of a home-preschool teacher, Dr. Sophia grew up immersed in a world of child development and education. She now combines her life experience and passion for the human body to provide exceptional chiropractic care for all stages of life, specializing in Pregnancy and Pediatric patients.

Dr. Sophia graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.
