Bulk or Per Visit
*Bulk/Per Visit Packages -Missed visits or canceled can be made up with at least 24 hours' notice. -Missed or canceled visits without 24 hours notice will result in a loss of that visit if on an above plan or a cancellation fee if not on a plan.
