Experience & Passion
Shortly after completing her schooling, she attended Jamie Mossay’s Mamatoto (mother-child) Workshop to specialize in pregnancy and postpartum massage. Attending this week-long intensive workshop it solidified her passion for pregnancy massage. Along with, having her first baby in the winter of 2018 she experienced the benefits of pregnancy massage throughout her own pregnancy which gave her a better understanding of the importance of pregnancy massage.
She is passionate about providing well-rounded support for all stages of the childbearing cycle and the therapeutic effects of massage therapy with its profound benefits on the human body and spirit. She believes we all contain the innate capability to heal and uses an intuitive approach to customize the ideal session for each individual.
Her clients are people looking to release stress, find balance, and connect deeper to their bodies in a safe compassionate environment. She strives to make every session nurturing for your needs that day to help guide your body towards its innate balance.

Personal Life
As a San Diego native, you can find her at the beach reading a book about the birth & postpartum period or doing some epic backbends in a hot yoga class. Attending local workshops with birth workers is another way she loves to spend her days, she’s always looking to learn about more ways to help her clients during their pregnancy and postpartum periods!
